How long does it take for a user to receive a refund

Refund within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned goods from customers. Refunds may need to go through a U.S. intermediary bank and take 1-7 business days to return to the payment account.

Circumstances where a refund applies

1. The product is not damaged of any kind, and we will provide you with a full refund.

2. The customer is responsible for all returns Shipping and other charges (such as handling, damage, etc.) that may be incurred during the return process.

3. If payment is made by credit/debit card/online banking, the refund will be credited back to the original credit/debit card/online banking provided at the time of purchase. If a payment gateway is used, the refund will be made to the same account. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
